Issued from selected parcels, the greatest care is taken in order to elaborate this wine.
Careful deskinning and degraining is carried out followed by fermentation from 10 to 12 days in thermo regulated cap punching vats. Control of temperatures between 28° and 30° before the running off of the wine and ageing from 1 to 4 years.

Colour : Deep garnet red.
Nose : A delicate perfume of Violets associated with aromas of fruit (Gooseberry and raspberry) with a final taste of dried almonds.
Mouth : A beautiful matter with a delicate and fine structure with length and a certain presence of tannins which develop into a final with evocations of liquorice and spices.
