Delicately degrained and deskinned, fermentation lasts from 10 to 12 days with temperatures controlled between 25° and 28° followed by pneumatic pressing and ageing in vats for 1 to 3 years.

Colour : Lively red with purple tints.
Nose : Dominated by red fruits and green pepper with wild notes (blackberries) with a touch of spices to conclude.
Mouth : Powerful and flattering, charming and straight forward. Right from the bouquet the opulence characterises the wine of which the tannins bring out the final taste. A wonderful ensemble which is dense and balanced. “ A wine of character”.
