Delicately degrained and deskinned, fermentation lasts from 10 to 12 days with temperatures controlled between 25° and 28° followed by pneumatic pressing and ageing in vats for 1 to 2 years.

Colour : Deep Cherry red.
Nose : Long declension of fresh fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and green peppers with notes of black fruits and a slight mineral hint.
Mouth : Supple and delicate, generous and balanced, with structure and strength. A wonderful final taste due to the subtlety of the tannins. “A tender and flattering wine which will please any palate with its authenticity”.
