Very gentle pneumatic pressing of the grapes followed by racking of the must, the fermentation is carried out at low temperatures between 14° and 16° and the wine is matured in stainless steel vats on fine lees for 1 year. |

Colour : Straw yellow with green tints.
Nose : Fruity and expressive with aromas of flours and white fruit.
Mouth : Mineral and lively, density and balance succeed and impression of thickness accentuated by aromas of apricot. The final taste is delicate and terminates with grilled hints.
