Issued from a rigorous selection in our parcels, this hand picked harvest is elaborated during the month of November as soon as the “noble rot” appears on the grape. The grapes are carefully transported to the cellar where they undergo gentle pneumatic pressing followed by a raking of the must. The fermentation is carried out at low temperatures between 14° and 16° for 2 to 3 weeks followed by maturing in stainless steel vats for 2 to 4 years. |

Colour : Deep yellow with golden reflects.
Nose : Complex and powerful with a blend of floral notes (lemon grass, honey and lime) and mature fruit (quince and apricot).
Mouth :The same festival as above, prolonged with a delicate vanilla note, a slight thickness coupled with balanced sweetness and acidity all of which lead to a fine and elegant wine.
